Apple's App Store and Music services is being watched because of the new inclusion in its policy which affect 3rd party apps developers on its platform. its reported that Spotify has submitted a claim which is suppose to over rule this new policy.

In a submission to the Us Department of Justice (DOJ) and addressed attorney general Loretta Lynch as well as the FTC chair Edith Ramirez a week ago, raised worries about Apple's Music services, asking them to investigate Apple if its trying to stangle third party Apps makers in order to monopolize the market.

1. The App Store guidelines authorize a 30% cut on all income earned by outsider applications. Case in point, if a client needs Spotify through the App Store utilizing their iPhone, Spotify needs to pay 30% of the amount. But, Apple now runs its own particular music-streaming services and so it can in effective undermine third party services observed Spotify.
