Yahoo classic seem to be the more stable for now as compared to the new yahoo mail. A lot of people that use the internet in Nigeria use the internet to either receive e-mails or send e-mails and the popular e-mail client for most Nigerians is Yahoo mail.

To use yahoo classic to read your mails do the following:
1. Copy and paste http://us.mc598.mail.yahoo.com/mc/launch into your browser address bar and hit enter after registering a new account or log-in into your account; the browser will take you straight to yahoo classic to read your mails.
2. If it doesn't, then it will take you to a page where you will be prompted to either go to the new yahoo or seek help from Yahoo help Central, select seek help at yahoo help central.
3. The window will open to the page where all about the new yahoo is clearly explained and you will be ask again to either move over to the new yahoo or revert to classic, choose revert to yahoo classic; if you decide to stick with the old boy; but if after reading the articles about the new features of the New Yahoo mail and it look great, then go ahead to use the new yahoo. That is it.
